When bark comes alive. A praying mantis that’s shrugged on camouflage for its life on richly decorated, damp tree trunks and limbs. You also get lichen mantids, if anything more dramatically clad creatures. Stealth predators, with the distinctive triangular face and raised pincers familiar to all from the praying mantis.
